Testimonials

Hear what our attendees had to say...

“We really appreciate ATEC providing this training opportunity. Martin's training was very comprehensive, practical and important. It opened our eyes and gave us great ideas on how to improve our services. Being accessible and inclusive is not just fulfilling the social needs, it can also drive good revenue and traffic to the business. We highly recommend our tourism industry colleagues to go through the training. ”

Laurel Zhang, Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art

“We have already implemented a lot into the business but there are a lot of other smaller things that we can look at implementing. It was also a good reminder about how important it is to have new staff trained on how we can assist and what we can offer to be inclusive to all.”

Tineke Clark, The CaPTA Group

“This course has been very valuable, and I thank you all for creating an extremely important course for today and into the future.”

Sharmaine Mansfield, Tasmania's Most Haunted

“There were so many small things (low hanging fruit) that we can add into our business/website to assist with marketing the accessibility of our business. Also, a few things that we should purchase to assist our guests.”

Carly Schmarr, Longview SA
