The Philippines Host program is designed for tourism operators, with or without experience with the Philippine market. It features three online modules: Market & Culture Ready, Product & Service Ready and Trade Ready. These modules help you understand the Philippine market, traveller expectations, and how to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences that create lasting memories. You'll also gain insights into distribution fundamentals and key trends in inbound tourism from Philippines.

Philippines Host is an online, self-directed eLearning course.

Module 1 – Market & Culture Ready

This module covers:

  • Insights into Philippine culture and behaviours
  • Overview of the Philippine travel market and key opportunities
  • Traveller motivations and expectations
  • How Filipino travellers use technology to shape their experiences

    Yes, each time you login your progress is automatically saved, returning you to the same spot you last visited.

  • How do I graduate and receive my digital badge?

    To graduate, you must have completed all lessons across the 3 learning modules. The survey is optional, but your feedback is greatly appreciated. Your digital badge will be emailed to you automatically, if you do not receive this, please email training@atec.net.au

  • Is ATEC’s elearning compatible with mobile devices?
